Returns & Exchanges
Keeping our customers happy is our top priority!  Though we are confident you will love what you receive, we are happy to accept returns in case you are not fully satisfied. 
RETURNS
  • A return needs to be approved before you ship the item(s) back to us.
  • Approval is given once you have emailed and communicated with us at info@foxdenapparel.com
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date
  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns back
  • Please include the order number and your name with your return
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment (unless the return is a sale or preorder item)
  • Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn and must be in it's original condition and packaging with the tags attached
  • All Pre-Orders will be refunded in the form of store credit which can be used at anytime at foxdenapparel.com
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • All Holiday prints at SALE price are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing time

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED

  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Any returns made after 30 days without approval will be shipped back to you.  We reserve the right to charge any additional shipping charges. 
  • If any returns do not meet the requirements you will be contacted and the item(s) returned back to you. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or store credit if the item(s) have any signs of wear, washed, misuse, damaged, makeup marks, deodorant marks, stains, dirty, or any other reason which would make the item(s) unable to resell. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund or store credit if the package was refused without approval. 
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • All Holiday prints at SALE price are final sale and cannot be returned

HOW TO PLACE A RETURN

  • Email us at info@foxdenapparel.com to let us know you would like to place a return.
  • Any information on why you would like to return an item is appreciated. 
  • Shipping items back is the buyers responsibility
  • Please neatly package your returned item(s)
  • Tag(s) must be attached
  • Include your package slip and/or order #
  • Ship the item(s) back to us after we have communicated
  • A refund will be issued after we receive the returned item(s)

DEFECTED OR WRONG ITEM

If you received a damaged item or the wrong item please follow the steps below.

First and foremost we apologize.  We strive for you to have the best shopping experience with us.

Include your name, order number, photo of the tag, photo of the item sent and any documentation to support your request. 

 

DAMAGES

  • Merchandise cannot be returned after being worn or washed
  • Damages which happen during use are not subject to a refund or exchange for a new pair. 

 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

In the event we have a package returned back to us due to being unclaimed, we will reach out to you via email. Maybe you didn’t know you had package or were unable to get to it in time. We understand things can happen. We appreciate communication and look forward to hearing back from you with clarification that you will claim your package once it is shipped to you. We will not reship your package until we have this clarification.

If we do not receive a response back from our email reaching out to you within two weeks we will continue and treat this as a refused delivery. Please read the refused delivery policy.

 

DELIVERY REFUSED

Refused delivery is not acceptable!

Please do not refuse a package being delivered to you. This is not fair to small businesses like us who are here trying to do our best and bring you amazing products. If you would like to make a return, please follow our return policy and reach out to us at info@foxdenapparel.com

All refused packages delivered back to us at Fox Den Apparel which have not been approved will have a restocking fee and the original shipping cost deducted from your refund. Any refund given will be in the form of store credit which can be used at any time.

Restocking Fee and Deductions Include

  • Order amount below $50 will have a flat $5 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
  • Order amount above $50 will have a flat 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
  • The shipping cost we used to ship your order to you.
